A perfect start for Djoker and his team... will we see a career slam soon??  the chances are pretty high after seeing the level of tennis that Djokovic plays now... and he seems to be deserving too.. with his will to win and the calmness he shows in the court... quite contrast to the person he was when he started playing professional tennis.

Novak Djokovic - US Open 2011 Champion

Serbian Novak Djokovic won his third grandslam of the year 2011 to cap an amazing year of power packed tennis in which he demolished Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer in an amazing fashion...

Novak Djokovic beat Rafael Nadal in the finals 6-2, 6-4, 6-7, 6-1 in four hours and 10 minutes to win his fourth grand slam...

Historic seasons are usually hard to come by, but not as much in the last decade. However, Novak Djokovic's run to his first US Open title in a year when he also won the Australian Open again and grabbed his first Wimbledon crown is right up there with John McEnroe's incredible 1984 season, Roger Federer's whirlwind 2004-07 seasons (the Swiss won three Slams in 2004, 2006 and 2007) and slightly better than the three-Slam 2010 season put together by the man he vanquished, 6-2, 6-4, 6-7, 6-1, in the 2011 final, Rafael Nadal.
